All fine, but pillows were thin.

the hotel was a decent place for enjoying a perfect area, very close to a pub so late and early morning noise, many museums and covent garden. kind staff, suggested places to visit.

TBH, the room was very small, we expected better.

Upon arrival, I was met with a bewildering experience. The room itself was disappointing, it smelled overwhelmingly of bleach and wasn't properly cleaned, with long black hairs in the shower. I had to go buy cleaning supplies myself just to feel comfortable! Not to mention the shower drain didn't work properly, disgusting. I felt utterly frustrated with the lack of communication. When I brought issues up, I was met with indifference.

The reception team was friendly. I appreciated the fresh towels and room service every day. The location was excellent, surrounded by plenty of dining options and a quick walk from attractions like Trafalgar Square. It felt safe and was relatively quiet considering the central spot.

The location is amazin! Super close to trafalgar and oxford street, easy to walk to everything. Got new towels every day which was nice. Friendly staff available 24/7 for check-in. The room had a fridge, microwave, and tv, pretty cool!

The bathroom was tiny with no hooks for towels and we only got one key for the room. The bedding was too thin and it was cold overnight.
